Chocachoc Posted: Nov 26th 2008

What do you mean by TIMES?

Chocachoc Posted: Nov 26th 2008

???

jordan Posted: Nov 26th 2008

theres is no times!!

cheesefanatic Posted: Nov 26th 2008

there is when you post a message when you log in the times are strange, but it's probably because of the time differences for countries!

Chocachoc Posted: Nov 26th 2008

Hmm, like when you post a message when it should be 'just now' does it say 'posted 4 hours ago'?

cheesefanatic Posted: Nov 26th 2008

no.. when u log in it says "this message was posted at 8;12pm" (just an example i made up!) and it's actually like morning and the message was posted two secconds ago! lol!

Chocachoc Posted: Nov 26th 2008

Mine doesnt say that. It says how long it was.

Chocachoc Posted: 2 hours 15 mins ago
cheesefanatic Posted: 2 hours 12 mins ago

terryf Posted: Nov 27th 2008

http://www.wallaceandgromit.com/watch/ doesn't work for me on a Mac using either Firefox or Safari browsers, looked at page source and got a blank screen:-(

katie Aardman Staff Posted: Nov 27th 2008

I'm not sure where you can see the time. The server we are using is in the US so that may be why.

terryf - can you tell me where you found the link to www.wallaceandgromit.com/watch? They should all be directed to our YouTube channel now: http://www.youtube.com/aardman

cool chris Posted: Dec 1st 2008

on wag films close shave is before wrong trousers

black Posted: Dec 2nd 2008

really? the wrong trousers is made in 1993, and close shave in 1994-5.

Chocachoc Posted: Dec 2nd 2008

I thought that too.

62westwallabystreet Posted: Dec 6th 2008

hi i think there should be a comp where the best gadget for wallace should be made into a cracking contraption video andalo i can't find where to download w&g baking kit it isnt on the download section.

kameatrix Posted: Dec 10th 2008

just to point out, the shaun the sheep link at the side doesn't work.

EllenRebecca3 Posted: Dec 11th 2008

Nick Park please make a Gromit and Fluffles spin-off! :D

cheesefanatic Posted: Dec 11th 2008

about the times i meen when you LOG IN! it says post a message and the times are wrong!

thetopbun Posted: Dec 16th 2008

I think on forums there should be sort of reply thing so it shows the post that you're answering to and it tells you on the "Your Content" So you know they have replied to you! :) That would help! And also urmm say what you have commented on images not just forums because I have to find the images I commented on and sometimes I ask questions and it is so annoying going through all the pages!

F4G Posted: Dec 16th 2008

I think the website is absolutely brilliant. like, you actually have good graphics, and cool stuff, and FORUMS!?! IT ROCKS!!!!!

F4G Posted: Dec 16th 2008

it'd be cool if there were profile pages... so you could put your favourite charecter, moment etc. on it and generally go insane... without putting personal info of course.:D
Ellenrebecca i SOOOOOOOOOOO agree!!! fluffles-Gromit love rocks!!!!

julequem Posted: Dec 20th 2008

Bououou ! What's a shame ! I'm french and living in france (sorry nobody is perfec ;)) and I try to watch the trailer of your new movie but we must be in England !!!!

KaraokeSinger2090 Posted: Dec 26th 2008

This site is great:)

byaboy Posted: Dec 26th 2008

I think there should be new icons for the new Wallace and Gromit caricters!

KaraokeSinger2132 Posted: Dec 26th 2008

This site rocks

thetopbun Posted: Dec 26th 2008

When I go on watch vids with Wallace/Gromit it is blank and won't load...

E11is Posted: Dec 26th 2008

When will the next wallace and gromit be? just woundering cos i want to know if it will continue from matters of loaf and death kinda.

thetopbun Posted: Dec 26th 2008

Everyone is asking that at the moment E11is! So annoying we just need a reply!

SockEyeSalmon Posted: Dec 26th 2008

I hope the BBC commission another magical half-hour of W&G in the future. There must be loads of ideas swimming around the genius mind of the ANP for more W&G.

Let's hope!

thetopbun Posted: Dec 26th 2008

Yeh Sock Eye! I hope!

wgrock1015 Posted: Dec 26th 2008

thank you aardman staff for all the info thanks katie

AndrewB Posted: Dec 26th 2008

Why does it state on your "A Grand Day Out" info that it was transmitted in 1990, when according to other sources (and my TV Times archive) it was transmitted in 1989? Is this a case of "Don't Mention The 1980s"?!

:-(

AndrewB Posted: Dec 26th 2008

Oops, sorry, I see it was completed in 1989, and transmitted in 1990! My apologies. Could you make this a little plainer on the site info, please?

AndrewB Posted: Dec 26th 2008

On further investigation, I'm confused again. You state: "A Grand Day Out was finally finished and transmitted on Channel 4 on Christmas Eve, 1990 - 6 years after production began!" - but the film was shown at the British Short Film Festival in 1989 -

http://www.netribution.co.uk/news/festivals_awards/00-09-brit_short_film_fest.html

Also, Nick Park actually stated in a fan site question and answer session:

Question: You started A Grand Day Out in 1982 and finished it...?

Nick Park: "In '89! Six years! I never-ever imagined that it would take so long. The first year went by and I had filmed a page of the script!"

Your Grand Day Out info is devoid of dates apart from "1990" - so, as I asked before, is it a case of "Don't Mention The 1980s"?

wiganpier Posted: Dec 26th 2008

Hello Aardman Staff
How can I remove a download - of a picture - there only seems to be a facility to edit text in the forum discussions.

kameatrix Posted: Dec 29th 2008

On the wallace and the gromit bits of the characters pages, their 'home videos' are still links to www.wallaceandgromit.com/watch and not the youtube channel.

slidegirl Posted: Jan 5th 2009

Does anyone know when "A Matter of Loaf and Death" wil be available stateside, either to watch on TV or buy on DVD? I'm so jealous; all of Great Britain had the chance to see it Christmas Day. I love W&G, thanks to a high school art teacher who showed us "A Grand Day Out" back in 1996. Much thanks for any available information!

byaboy Posted: Jan 7th 2009
:O

the jackal Posted: Jan 7th 2009

hopefully itll come out soon:)

mickypop Posted: Jan 13th 2009

Maybe this could be used for a new idea,Alien cloning of mr.Grommit except they put his head on upside down?Maybe it's been done before? I'm working on a script for it!!Do you get revenue for new ideas?

foreverwallace Posted: Jan 17th 2009

The website is really good, but I have what I think is a good idea. Maybe you could start up a Wallace club or something and you earn more Wallace points each time you visit the website. You could then exchange Wallace points for t-shirts, pens and other merchandise.
I hope you understand what I just said!
