Em...about the avatar. I just know I'm going to describe this rubbishly but I'll try:
I drew the base picture. (The sleeping person and the frame). Then I copied the picture into 3 more files so I now have 4 files that are identical. Except for the 'Z's I drew on each one. (File1 has no 'Z', File2 has one...etc)
I uploaded each file, in order onto an animation website. (The order being 1,2,3,4,3,2,1)
Then I just set the time between frames and put it on a loop before saving it. 

how did you upload all of the drawings on to your site avatar?

cause i thought you could only do one.....

I didn't upload all my drawings onto this website. I just uploaded the finished animation here. 
I uploaded the drawings and put it together on another website.

I used 'Iaza' for this one but I'm sure there are a lot of websites out there that you can do pretty much the same thing.
