I never understood fourth of july...
I always knew it was some American thing..
I hate it when English people think they are bigger than Us( as in me and any other australian on here) Australians because they 'Found' Us!

yeah, that "some American thing" is one of our biggest holidays, It is always hard for me to sleep because of all the fireworks goin' off.

Ahem!...CF....

I hope we can see the fireworks better from our new house! If not, then we can walk over the school nearby and watch the fireworks from there.

At school when we would have to sing along with the 'God Bless the USA', it would be the person who wrote the song singing it. He sounded like Danny Gokey to some people, so we called it the Danny Gokey song!

proof that I Kentucky is in the south.... In preschool we had to sing "I wish I was in Dixie" I still know every single word to this day.... yeah even the obscure verses about "buckwheat cake and Indian butter, that make you fat a little fatter"
