Wensleydale with cranberries, Stilton with apricot and pineapple halo (soft cheese with fruit and nuts)

Marscapone's also real nice in sweet things (cheesecake...mmm...)

I also like cheddar.

i love most of them (i hate blue cheese) but my favouerites are Edam, Cheddar, Laughing Cow, Smoked Cheese and Philadelphia. and Creamy Lancishire

ooh, red leicester is really good!!!! The best cheese I have ever had is made by Trappist monks, at the gethsemane abby here in kentucky, It is this aged, sort of semi soft, I think northern french cheese, it's really good.
