"The air that evening was particularly festive at 62 West Wallaby street. Certainly to be a familiar scene for all canine lovers. All was well and ready, dinner was ready, the atmosphere was nice, but one must wonder just how Wallace and Puppy Love sound together. Gromit and Fluffles do not seem to mind though, at least not yet."

And Katie, the program used is called Sai Painter, sometimes called Paint Tool Sai.

Also, it's impossible to tell from this picture, but the original resolution at which it was drawn is 3840 by 2400. It allows for smaller details to be put in without getting blurred, for example, the Puppy Love cover. That's how I get my details in.
